Raw mechanics of zazen

- sit down
- tongue up
- center attention at hara
- count the breaths. inhale, 1, exhale, 2, etc.
- if a thought comes up:
- look at it
- acknowledge it
- deliberately and consciously return to the breath

#2 becomes count cycle of inhale and exhale instead of separately
