Gentle waters closing over you, steady… deep… strong

Just fix your eyes on this one white flower, floating on the water

empty your mind of every other thought

follow the motion of the water, so smooth, not a ripple.
waters of forgetfulness
steady,
deep,
strong
 
 
strange isnt it? how the light is reflected, little specks of light that move and move.
It’s restful here… friendly

and you are very close to finding what you are looking for.
… when you’re rested.
